The role emphasizes ownership, service, and integrity in every customer interaction, with responsibilities spanning teller duties, deposit accounts, and consumer loan products while supporting community engagement and branch operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Demonstrate ownership in resolving customer inquiries or concerns at the first point of contact, utilizing internal partners as needed.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
