Job summary

Altabank, a division of Glacier Bank, seeks a Full-time Teller/New Accounts Representative for the Lehi branch. Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and facilitating new accounts while delivering friendly, accurate service.

You will promote bank products based on customer needs and resolve inquiries following policy. The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and reliable attendance with a schedule of Mon-Fri 8:45-6.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma.
• Six months of similar or related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work with numbers and names.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy within limits.
• Provide solution-based banking services and product recommendations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and address complaints following policy.
