Qualifications

• Self-starter and technically literate.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits to customer accounts with receipts and verify cash.
• Cash checks for customers and non-customers.
• Process and record sales of monetary instruments.
• Process foreign currency purchases and sales.
• Redeem savings bonds.
• File government-mandated reports for large cash transactions and monetary instrument sales.
• Process loan payments and credit card cash advances.
• Assist customers with access to safe deposit area.
• Identify potential financial needs and refer leads to platform staff.
