Job summary

Retail Region 2 Administration in Massachusetts is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Teller hybrid to support branch operations. You will open deposit accounts, process loan applications, and perform teller transactions while building relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in retail, financial services or hospitality preferred.
• Some banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open deposit accounts and process loan applications.
• Prepare and process loan applications for various lending units.
• Close loans for customers for applicable business lines.
• Make referrals to other bank lines and third-party partners.
• Proactively reach out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio.
• Adhere to bank policies and ensure operational compliance.
• Handle daily account maintenance and service issues as necessary.
• Balance duties between platform and teller lines as needed.
