Retail Region 2 Administration seeks a Teller to perform routine duties including deposits, cash checks, and loan payments. You will identify customer financial needs and refer leads to the platform staff for follow-up, while ensuring accurate processing and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years teller experience or cash handling experience.
• Outgoing with strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with basic technical literacy.
• Ability to clearly communicate information to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, verify cash and endorsements, and provide receipts.
• Cash checks for customers and non-customers.
• Record sales of monetary instruments (official bank checks).
• Process foreign currency purchases and sales.
• Redeem savings bonds.
• File required reports for large cash transactions and monetary instrument sales.
• Process loan payments and credit card cash advances.
• Assist customers with access to safe deposit area as applicable.
• Identify customer needs and refer leads to platform staff for follow-up.
• Perform other duties as required.
