Columbia Bank in Roseville, CA is seeking a Teller - Float to serve as the first point of contact for clients, performing teller transactions and supporting branch staffing coverage.

You will learn bank policies and products, maintain accuracy in cash handling, and help meet branch goals while traveling to cover other branches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with Bank policies, procedures and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Always perform teller transactions and cash handling for clients with accuracy and confidentiality (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing).
• Balance cash drawer and ensure cash handling accuracy; process ATM and night drop tasks.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt fund transfers.
• Interact with clients, anticipate needs, and offer solutions in line with Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
