Job summary

Columbia Bank in Blaine, WA is seeking a Teller - Float to serve as the first point of contact for clients, perform teller transactions with accuracy, and travel across branches to cover staffing needs.

You will support Breakthrough Client Service Standards, handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and balance cash drawers, while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. 1 year banking or customer service preferred; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and cash handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing, and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain branch integrity and support cash handling routines and ATM operations.
• Travel within a geographic area to cover staffing needs at different branches.
