Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a friendly Teller to serve clients in person at our Columbus branch. You will welcome new and existing clients, handle account transactions, and resolve servicing issues while guiding customers toward financial wellness opportunities with precision and care.

In this role you will balance cash drawers, follow policies, and stay informed about product guides. It is a frontline position focused on accurate service, teamwork, and community trust in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience in cash handling is required.
• General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator is required.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate and realizing the impact we can have on their day, personally, professionally, and financially.
• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
• Proactively work to identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
• Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations, and then appropriately transition the client(s) to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals and objectives through the use of financial wellness tools.
• Attend and participate in in-person morning huddles and end of day debriefs.
