Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person client service at the branch.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Identify client servicing issues and escalate as needed.
• Promote banking products and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate.
• Support daily branch operations and compliance requirements.
