Responsibilities

• Process deposits to customer accounts, verify cash and endorsements, provide receipts.
• Cash checks for customers and non-customers.
• Process sale of monetary instruments (official bank checks).
• Process foreign currency purchases and sales.
• Redeem savings bonds.
• File government-mandated reports related to large cash transactions and sale of monetary instruments.
• Process loan payments and credit card cash advances.
• Assist customers with access to safe deposit area as applicable.
• Identify potential financial needs and refer leads to platform staff for follow-up.
• Other duties as required.
