Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships through quality, personalized interactions to company standards
• Identify customer needs and make referrals through excellent service
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing requests, and other negotiable items
• Safeguard the bank’s assets and ensure security during transactions
• Balance and manage a cash drawer with extensive cash handling
• Handle service charge questions and account maintenance
• Maintain knowledge of processes, products, and services offered
• Verify endorsements, IDs, ensure validity, and detect counterfeit currency
• Examine deposited checks and determine funds availability per policy
• Greet the public professionally and reinforce service standards
• Assist in managing operational loss and risk mitigation
• Operate and understand bank equipment; assist peers as needed
• Comply with all applicable banking laws and internal policies
• Any other duties as assigned by Management
