Qualificações

• 6 months cash handling, teller experience or customer service
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal technology systems to perform work tasks
• Understanding of basic math concepts and cash counting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional demeanor and superior problem-solving skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and grow customer relationships through quality, personalized interactions according to company standards.
• Identify customer needs and referrals through excellent service efforts.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other negotiable items with accuracy.
• Safeguard assets and ensure security while processing transactions.
• Balance a cash drawer with extensive cash handling.
• Address service charge questions, account maintenance, or research.
• Know processes, products, and services offered.
• Verify endorsements, IDs, validity, and counterfeit currency detection.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and holds on funds as needed.
• Greet the public professionally and support service standards.
• Assist in loss mitigation and proper hold placement; balance supervision.
• Use equipment accurately and stay knowledgeable about functionality.
• May mentor peers and train on policy and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism in demeanor, dress, and station orderliness.
• Comply with applicable laws including the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
