Job summary

Northwest Bank Centre Hall is seeking a friendly Teller to join our retail team. You will assist customers with transactions, answer questions, and promote banking services while maintaining accuracy and strong service standards.

Responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, handling routine banking requests, and supporting branch operations. Evening and weekend shifts may be required to serve customers at our Centre Hall office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service, cash handling, or banking/retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, resolve problems, and refer complex requests to appropriate team members.
• Balance teller drawer daily and support branch operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Protect the bank by following security, compliance, and risk procedures.
• Participate in branch opening/closing tasks and teamwork.
