Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers to address immediate needs
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy
• Own escalated account services issues until resolution and log complaints
• Transition sales opportunities and introduce appropriate banking partners
• Complete branch-related operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers)
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately
• Complete AML/KYC activities and stay compliant with risk controls
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and the M&T Bank brand
• Maintain internal controls and address audit/regulatory items
• Perform other related duties as assigned
