Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service by welcoming customers and addressing banking needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Follow bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming work area; support adjacent branches as needed.
