• Log customer complaints and resolve escalated account issues.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Perform branch operational duties (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Maintain customer/account records and perform AML/KYC related activities.
• Comply with risk controls and regulatory standards.
• Promote M&T Bank brand and maintain internal controls.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
