Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a motivated Teller to provide quality customer service in a retail banking setting. You will handle daily cash transactions, maintain accurate cash drawer, and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments for customers.

You will promote bank products, refer clients to specialists, and help ensure compliance with policies and internal controls while delivering a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer with proper cash control and adhere to audit policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments for customers.
• Process bonds, money orders and miscellaneous transactions.
• Assist in balancing and processing ATMs and night depository entries.
• Support dual control vault responsibilities and stay updated on policy changes.
• Maintain compliance with current guidelines.
