This role emphasizes customer satisfaction and product cross-selling in a fast-paced environment. The position may require occasional weekend/evening hours and the ability to work at multiple branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate risk concerns to appropriate channels.
• Able to follow policies and procedures, with good listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools to engage customers.
• Energetic, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide elevated customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and risk management to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell Santander products to deepen relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and a welcoming environment.
• Support nearby branch locations as needed.
