Job summary

Qualia, the leading real estate tech platform, seeks a Bank Partner Network Manager to support and grow our bank partnerships across the US. You will own day-to-day integrations and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to drive successful implementations.

Based in Austin or remote, you will lead multi-workstream projects, define performance metrics, and report progress to senior leadership. Experience with banking integrations and AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in partnerships, business development, or technical program management.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology integrations with external partners.
• Strong communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational support for bank partner integrations.
• Serve as internal SME for Qualia's Bank Partner Network and drive program expansion.
• Lead end-to-end project management for bank partner technology integrations with cross-functional teams.
• Define, track, and analyze partnership metrics; translate into program optimization.
• Represent Qualia at industry events and coordinate with GTM and Customer Success teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, reporting, and analysis.
