Job summary

Qualia in Austin–based real estate technology company seeking a Bank Partner Network Manager to own day-to-day support for bank partners and their integrations. You will coordinate with the Director of Banking and internal teams to drive program initiatives and ensure successful technology integrations with external financial partners.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on project management at the intersection of banking and real estate tech.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in partnerships, business development, or technical program management.
• Experience managing complex cross‑functional tech integrations with external partners (banks, payments, APIs).
• Strong project management discipline with multi‑workstream delivery.
• Familiarity with AI tools to speed program management and reporting.
• Proven ability to collaborate with strategic partners to launch or manage products and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational support for Qualia's bank partners and their integrations in coordination with the Director of Banking.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert on the Bank Partner Network and enable GTM and Customer Success teams.
• Lead end-to-end project management for bank partner tech integrations from scoping to launch.
• Define and track partnership performance metrics and translate findings into optimizations.
• Plan and execute field marketing and events related to the Bank Partner Network.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on network performance and integration status.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates that affect bank partnerships.
• Represent Qualia at industry events and liaise with bank partners and clients.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, reporting, and program analysis.
