Qualia, a leading real estate tech company, seeks a Staff Product Manager, Payments, to own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end payments product from scratch. You’ll drive payment flows, integrate rails (ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, checks), and work with Design, Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Ops to deliver a best-in-class experience for real estate closings.

Requirements include 5+ years in product management for software/payments, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of data-driven

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products.
• Proven experience building payments products spanning multiple payment methods: ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and checks.
• Experience with Agile Product Development methodologies and scoping, executing, and delivering products to market.
• Analytical and strategic with a proven track record of using data to validate assumptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging executives.

• Own the end-to-end payments product strategy, roadmaps, and execution.
• Partner with Design to craft a best-in-class payments experience for real estate closings.
• Integrate with multiple payment rails to maximize speed and value.
