Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Market Account Executive to drive new business by building relationships with prospective merchants through bank partner referrals. You will manage the sales process from initial contact through implementation, qualifying opportunities, and delivering tailored payment solutions.

You will also coordinate onboarding and provide ongoing support to existing merchants. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS/GED with required experience as stated in the job posting.
• Experience building relationships with merchants and referral partners.
• Ability to analyze merchant statements and present pricing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage active pipeline of leads from bank partnerships and meet monthly sales goals.
• Build relationships with prospective merchants through outbound calls and in-person meetings.
• Qualify opportunities, identify business needs, and recommend payment processing solutions.
• Analyze merchant statements and prepare pricing proposals and customized solutions.
• Present pricing and product recommendations and close new business opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end sales process from referral to signed agreement and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, implementation, and training for new customers.
• Provide ongoing support to existing merchants and strengthen relationships.
• Develop strong relationships with bank partners to support referrals.
