Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle NSF/Exception Item Processing and related duties.
• Provide support to branch staff and escalate operational issues.
• Process and balance daily activities and wire requests.
• Support Online Banking and Mobile Banking for customers.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, Regulation E, Regulation GG, ACH Rules.
• Review daily transaction activity and fraud monitoring.
