Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five or more years of financial institution operations experience required.
• Advanced experience in reconciliations, ACH, legal processing, wire operations, or accounting functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process legal orders affecting deposits and customer funds in accordance with laws and internal procedures.
• Release outgoing wires and troubleshoot wire-processing issues.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations and resolve exceptions.
• Prepare Federal Reserve deposit difference reports and related adjustments.
• Provide back-up coverage and mentor junior team members.
• Deliver excellent service and support audits and compliance reviews.
