Job summary

Addi is seeking a high-impact Fraud Operations leader to scale Bank/CF fraud functions, translating policies into efficient workflows and real-time monitoring. You will establish SOPs, ownership, and KPI architectures across Strategy, CX, Legal, Product, and Engineering to protect customers and drive growth.

You will lead end-to-end operational improvements, architect KPI-driven reviews, and coordinate vendor integrations while maintaining a strong customer-focus during rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• Operational process building and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong people leadership and team management skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Ops, Product, Data, Risk, Compliance, Legal, CX.
• Data fluency with ability to monitor metrics and derive decisions.
• Change management and scalable delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and map high-risk end-to-end customer journeys with durable SOPs and clear ownership.
• Establish roles, capacity models, QA routines, and coaching frameworks for supervisors and analysts.
• Deploy real-time operational KPI architecture and drive regular business reviews.
• Re-architect high-friction investigation workflows with Product, Eng, and CX Platform teams.
• Manage rollouts for new fraud policies, tools, and vendor integrations with zero post-launch disruptions.
