Job summary

American State Bank in Iowa is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to act as the branch front line, processing deposits, withdrawals, and related transactions with accuracy and per policy. You will issue receipts, verify signatures, and balance the cash drawer each shift.

Beyond handling transactions, you will promote the bank’s products and services, provide friendly customer service, and help maintain a welcoming, community-oriented banking experience.
