Job summary

WaFd Bank is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to strengthen the community's financial health and provide friendly, accurate banking support. The role emphasizes service, integrity, and teamwork in a branch setting.

You will handle transactions, greet clients, and assist customers with daily banking needs while upholding bank policies and delivering excellent customer care. Monday–Friday hours with weekends off and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills.
• Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.
• Experience in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations.

Responsibilities
