Job summary

First Security Bank in Stevensville, MT is seeking a Branch Manager to provide professional leadership and manage technical/support services across assigned operations. You will develop the team, monitor activities, and ensure adherence to bank policies while enhancing customer satisfaction.

The role includes guiding retail operations, handling teller and banking duties when needed, opening accounts, and maintaining branch readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of combined banking and supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Must possess current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete all projects to standard bank policies.
• Provide quality control to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead operations and retail teams, suggest policy improvements.
• Address customer issues and resolve problems quickly and accurately.
• Provide staff leadership and develop trust and teamwork.
• Ensure branch open daily and manage staff schedules and time sheets.
