Northwest Center at Amazon seeks an Assistant Manager for the Banana Program to lead Banana Stand teams, coach Lead Banistas, and drive operational excellence across locations in the DMV area. You will partner with leadership to implement best practices and elevate performance while delivering world-class service.

This role requires a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in customer service or administrative support.
• 3 years' experience as a supervisor or in a similar management role.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Windows navigation.

Responsabilités

• Provide management and leadership to Community Banana Stands in multiple areas.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and coverage to ensure stands operate as scheduled.
• Ensure monthly asset inventory is completed and reconciled.
• Report, track, and partner with stakeholders on all repairs for stands and bikes.
• Lead and implement change initiatives related to business process and technologies.
• Support reporting through dashboard maintenance and the collection/analysis of program metrics.
