Banana Republic in Honolulu is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, drive profitable sales, and coach a high‑performing team to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. You will collaborate with the General Manager to lead Brand Associates and Experts, oversee operations and merchandising, and coach the team to deliver a best-in-class experience while driving store performance.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, excellent communication, flexibility for evenings

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• A high school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven by metrics to deliver results.
• Able to lead and mentor others.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to use retail technology.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the store floor.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
