Job summary

Aeroflow Health seeks a Territory Manager – Outside Sales to own and grow an established Baltimore territory. This field role requires traveling daily, visiting 10–20 accounts, and building relationships with Sleep, Pulmonology, Cardiology, ENT, and related specialties.

You will be in motion, meeting providers, educating them on Aeroflow’s services, and driving measurable growth while maintaining HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements. This role offers significant growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to meet quotas and activity expectations.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Confidence initiating conversations and developing relationships.
• Ability to manage time, schedule, and territory independently.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams, MS Office and mobile apps.
• Valid vehicle and daily travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds as needed.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10–20 accounts daily across the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow existing referral relationships and develop new business.
• Identify high-opportunity sources and build growth strategy.
• Use territory tools to prioritize opportunities and maximize impact.
• Own territory activity, relationships, and results.
• Spend majority of time in the field meeting referral sources.
• Initiate and follow up to develop relationships over time.
• Host lunch-and-learns and educational conversations with providers.
