Job summary

Aeroflow Health is seeking a Territory Manager – Outside Sales to own and grow the Baltimore Territory. This is a high-activity field role, with home-based work and daily travel within the assigned territory.

You’ll inherit existing referral relationships while expanding new business, hosting lunch-and-learns, and educating providers on Aeroflow’s Sleep, Pulmonology, Cardiology, ENT, and other services. You’ll drive growth through strong relationship-building and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or client-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to independently manage time, schedule, and territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10–20 accounts daily across the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow referral relationships while developing new business.
• Identify high-opportunity referral sources and build a growth strategy.
• Prioritize time using territory tools to maximize impact.
• Own territory activity, relationships and results.
• Spend most time in the field meeting referral sources and staff.
• Host lunch-and-learns and educational conversations with providers.
• Educate partners on Aeroflow’s services and how we support practice and patients.
• Build credibility across practices and adapt communication styles.
• Turn relationships into measurable business growth; pursue new opportunities.
