Job summary

Aeroflow Health is seeking a Territory Manager to drive outside sales in the San Antonio area. This home-based role requires daily travel across the territory to visit accounts, build relationships, and grow referrals.

It’s a high-activity field position that rewards self-motivation and disciplined execution. Applicants should have 2+ years in sales or related client-facing roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic schedule while meeting growth targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or related client-facing experience.
• Experience accountable for measurable goals, quotas or activity targets.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to initiate conversations and build relationships.
• Ability to independently manage time, schedule, and territory.
• Comfort using Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams, Office and mobile apps.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel daily; lift 20+ pounds.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow territory in San Antonio by visiting 10–20 accounts daily.
• Develop and expand referral relationships; identify high-opportunity sources.
• Host educators like lunch-and-learns; educate partners on Aeroflow services.
• Turn referrals into measurable growth; manage multiple accounts with follow-through.
