Aeroflow Health – Territory Manager, Outside Sales in Jacksonville/North Florida is a home-based role with daily travel within the assigned territory. You will cultivate referral sources across Sleep, Pulmonology, Cardiology, ENT, Neurology, and Primary Care, growing accounts and expanding the territory.

This is a high-activity field position for motivated professionals who thrive on meeting people and achieving measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales, business development, or related client-facing experience.
• Proven track record meeting quotas and driving growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel within territory daily.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10–20 accounts daily across assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow referral relationships while developing new business.
• Identify high-opportunity referral sources and build growth strategy.
• Host lunch-and-learns and educational conversations with providers.
• Educate referral partners on Aeroflow’s services and patient support.
