Job summary

Aeroflow Health is seeking a Territory Manager for the Baltimore area. This home-based role involves daily travel throughout the assigned territory to grow referrals and revenue.

You will visit 10–20 accounts daily, build relationships with Sleep, Pulmonology, Cardiology, ENT, Neurology, Primary Care providers, and help patients access sleep therapy. Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel daily throughout the assigned territory.
• Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10–20 accounts daily across your assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow existing referral relationships while developing new business.
• Identify high-opportunity referral sources and build a strategy for growing your market.
• Educate referral partners on Aeroflow’s services and how we can support their practice and patients.
• Turn activity into measurable growth and manage territory efficiently.
