Wallenius Wilhelmsenis seeking an Operations Coordinator in Baltimore to represent the Keen Baltimore team. You will support customers and the operations group by tracking account activity, ensuring needs are met, and coordinating with manufacturing and logistics partners.

Salary starts at $48,000 and grows with experience. The role emphasizes accurate inventory management, order reconciliation, and effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in customer service and inventory control procedures preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with customers and employees.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi‑task, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency at an intermediate level in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Windows and Word.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status.
• Open, close, and reconcile production work orders.
• Prioritize and assign work orders for completion to appropriate employees.
• Verify shipments, vehicle movement, and inventory.
• Coordinate account activities, priorities, and status with manufacturing personnel and Third-Party Logistics Provider.
• Track inbound parts and equipment and forecast incoming volume.
• Maintain equipment inventory, tracking, location, status, organization, and billing systems.
• Enter product receipts and picks into inventory management system; verify accuracy of information.
• Perform reporting and analyze results to management and customer.
• Cross‑train and perform other administrative functions including dispatching of parts/equipment and printing BOLs.
