Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in customs brokerage, international trade, or a related logistics environment.
• 1-3 years of experience leading or supervising teams, with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Strong understanding of US import processes, tariff changes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with customs entry processing and familiarity with PGA requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with operational systems (CargoWise is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of customs brokerage professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end import customs brokerage process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Monitor and drive performance against KPIs, using data and reporting tools to guide decisions and improve outputs.
• Ensure compliance with US Customs regulations, partner government agencies (PGA), and internal policies.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring strong service delivery, issue resolution, and account retention.
• Support financial accuracy including invoicing, accruals, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
