Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in customs brokerage, international trade, or a related logistics environment.
• 1-3 years of experience leading or supervising teams, with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Strong understanding of US import processes, tariff changes, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Experience with customs entry processing and familiarity with PGA requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with operational systems (CargoWise is a plus).

About The Role

We are hiring a CHB Operations Leader to join our US Customs Product & Operations team in Baltimore. In this role, you will lead a team of customs brokerage professionals responsible for managing import shipments end-to-end, ensuring compliance with US Customs regulations, and delivering a strong client experience. You will act as a subject matter expert, overseeing daily operations, monitoring KPIs, and driving team performance while maintaining a hands-on approach during peak periods. Who we are looking for

Salary

$70,000 - $80,000 USD*

• The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
