Paris Baguette North America is seeking a Training Center Manager to lead the training and coaching of Bakers and Cakers across our growing network. You will implement Paris Baguette's structured training program, assess needs, and deliver measurable results through effective coaching and development.

Qualificações

• Culinary or Training Degree required.
• At least 3-5 years of bakery industry experience.
• At least 2-4 years of training and development experience.
• Ability to facilitate effectively.
• Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible work style, with a successful track record of supporting operations leaders across a large geographically decentralized portfolio.
• Passion for people and empowering, inspiring, developing team members and franchisee relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate training for new and existing bakers and cakers through Paris Baguette’s structured training program.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine training content and deliver measurable results.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring after training programs.
• Create and execute training plans and initiatives for ongoing development.
• Collaborate with Operations and Café Production to identify performance gaps and develop training to close them.
• Ensure training materials are on-brand, cost-effective and engaging.
• Make recommendations to leadership to evolve training programs and measure impact.
• Collate and report training metrics to assess effectiveness.
