Job summary

Paris Baguette in New Jersey is seeking a Training & Development Manager to build end-to-end training programs for our cafe and corporate teams. You will design engaging materials, manage onboarding, and ensure training aligns with brand standards and business priorities.

The role requires strong writing, project coordination, and the ability to translate goals into practical tools. You will partner with hiring managers, deliver Day One orientation, create assessment tools, and report on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in training and development, retail/restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and creating instructional materials.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end training programs for cafe and corporate teams.
• Create cafe and corporate training content aligned with brand standards.
• Develop and manage corporate compliance training including tracking.
• Support the Director with project execution and rollouts.
• Plan onboarding for new corporate hires with hiring managers.
• Coordinate in-café training for corporate hires when applicable.
• Lead Day One corporate orientation sessions.
• Produce training videos and learning tools.
• Design quizzes and surveys to measure training effectiveness.
• Visit cafes to observe operations and refine materials.
• Oversee training reporting, LMS completions, and metrics.
• Other duties may be assigned.
