Paris Baguette is seeking a Training Specialist to support and implement Bake and Cake training programs for cafés, ensuring alignment with Paris Baguette protocols and standardized training procedures.

Our ideal candidate will help to achieve our mission of bringing expertly crafted baked goods to our guests by providing quality training to our baker and caker teams. Based in Costa Mesa, travel to cafés is required.

Qualificações

• Culinary or Training degree required.
• 1–2 years bakery industry experience preferred.
• Flexible, adaptive, upbeat work style with ability to support operations across a large geographic portfolio.
• Passion for people and developing team members and franchisee relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and recognition to the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Support Training Center Managers in implementing and facilitating training programs.
• Assist in training new and existing bakers and cakers in processes and procedures.
• Utilize diverse training methods to deliver engaging, cost-effective learning experiences.
• Provide recommendations to Training Center Managers for program enhancements.
• Support the collection and reporting of training metrics to assess curriculum effectiveness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization by managing deliveries and guiding trainees.
• Travel to new and existing cafés as needed to support production.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Training Specialist to support and assist in implementing Bake and Cake training programs for cafés, ensuring alignment with Paris Baguette protocols and standardized training procedures.

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Training Center Managers in implementing and facilitating training programs.


• Assist in training new and existing bakers and cakers by ensuring they are well-versed in all baking and caking processes and procedures.


• Utilize diverse training methods and materials to deliver engaging, cost-effective, and motivational learning experiences.


• Provide recommendations to Training Center Managers for program enhancements and improvements.


• Support the collection and reporting of training metrics to assess curriculum effectiveness.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization by managing deliveries and guiding trainees through the proper process.


• Travel to new and existing cafés as needed to support production, as needed.


• Other job duties, as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Culinary or Training Degree required.


• At least, 1-2 years of bakery industry experience preferred


• Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible work style, with a successful track record of supporting operations leaders across a large geographically decentralized portfolio.
