Cinnabon & Auntie Anne’s is hiring team members to join our bakery and pretzel team in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment. Welcome guests, bake, and serve fresh treats to brand standards while working a busy shift.

You’ll operate registers, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with teammates to ensure memorable guest experiences. Training is provided; 18+ and flexible schedules required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and ready to work flexible hours.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required where applicable by location.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and stay active during shifts.
• Basic math skills and comfortable using POS systems.
• Food handler certification current or obtainable within 30 days.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
