Job summary

Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s in Hayward, CA is hiring enthusiastic Team Members to join our bakery/pretzel team. You’ll greet guests, bake and serve products to brand standards, and help keep the store running smoothly.

No experience required; on-the-job training available. Flexible 20–40 hours per week; opportunities to grow into leadership roles; free uniforms, shift meals, and employee discounts. Benefits may include health, life, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability—weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required where applicable by location.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Ability to taste-test products for quality.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
