Cinnabon & Auntie Anne’s is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our bakery/pretzel team in California. You’ll welcome guests, bake and serve products to brand standards, operate registers, and help keep the store cheerful and clean.

No prior experience is required—paid training is provided. 18+ years old, flexible availability, and teamwork are key. You’ll enjoy meals on shift, employee discounts, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles as you contribute to guest moments of joy.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, holidays)
• TB clearance may be required by location
• 0-1 year of food service or retail preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and stay active during shift
• Comfortable in warm/cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Good math skills and ability to use registers"
