Job summary

Cinnabon & Auntie Anne’s is hiring friendly Team Members to join our bakery/pretzel team in New York. You’ll welcome guests, assist with service, and help keep the store running smoothly.

No experience required; paid training and opportunities to grow. Flexible scheduling, 20–40 hours weekly, on‑the‑job meals and discounts. Must be 18+, able to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability for weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins).
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
