Cinnabon & Auntie Anne’s is hiring a Team Member in Salinas, CA to help deliver fresh-baked treats and guest experiences. No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided, with a focus on friendly service and efficient operations.

You’ll work in a fast-paced bakery/pretzel environment, assisting with prep, baking, cash handling, and maintaining store standards. Join a brand with growth potential and learn basic food-safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required where applicable by location.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins).
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Ability to taste-test products for quality.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Food handler certification (current or able to obtain within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
