Job summary

Harri's Cinnabon & Auntie Anne’s team is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to deliver warm, friendly service and crave‑worthy baked goods. You’ll welcome guests, bake and serve products to brand standards, operate registers, and keep the store clean and organized.

Training is provided; 18+ with flexible weeknights and weekends. Expect 20–40 hours weekly, shift meals, discounts, uniforms, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards.
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
