Cinnabon & Auntie Anne’s is hiring friendly Team Members for our bakery/pretzel stations in San Jose. You’ll welcome guests, help bake and serve our treats, and ensure fast, accurate service while upholding brand standards.

Join a lively team with flexible hours (20–40 per week), paid training, and opportunities for growth. No prior experience required—just enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for great guest experiences.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
• Ability to taste-test products for quality
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines
