Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to give and take direction within a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Operate deli equipment and weigh/label products.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team.
• Execute merchandise rotation and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure quality of bakery products.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold health and sanitation guidelines.
