Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with at least 2 years in retail grocery and 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer satisfaction through leadership of Bakery Clerks.
• Assist Bakery Manager in daily supervision of Bakery Department operations.
• Manage and merchandise the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays for appeal.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure quality.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Support a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment.
